4. How do I place an order online?
When you have chosen your particular product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking this button will add the item to your shopping cart. At this point, you can continue shopping or proceed with checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart and you have made all necessary selections, click the "Checkout" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction.
5. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Paypal payments must be piad within 2 days of order or merchandise will be put back on floor. Merchandise paid for with paypal will not be pulled from instock until it is paid.

6. What is Hugs N’ Kisses tax policy?
Hugs N’ Kisses is required by law to charge tax on orders to the following states: New York State, California, Vermont, and Louisiana. The tax amount is calculated on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges, and will be based on state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address.
7. Can you ship my orders outside the United States?
Hugs N’ Kisses can ship products to addresses outside the U.S.

Hugs N’ Kisses bases its shipping charges on the total of your order. .01 up to 99.99 will be charged a flat rate of $8.50,100.00 up to 149.99 will be charged a flat rate of $10.50, 150.00 up to 199.99 will be charged a flat rate of $12.50, 200.00 up to 299.99 will be charged a flat rate of $15.50 and 300.00 and over will receive free shipping.
There is one EXCLUSION for free shipping over 300.00. If we are having a sale of 50% or more all orders over 300.00 will be charged a flat fee of 15.50 for shipping!This also includes orders which equaled over 300.00 before discount!
9. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard Shipping is sent Priority Mail or UPS and takes only 5-7 business days.
At the time you place your order by phone, we will tell you which items are in stock. If you mailed or faxed your order and would like to know its status, you can phone us at 1-609-485-0038 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST six days a week. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
10. How do I redeem my gift certificate?

11. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
12. Gift certificates are not refundable.
13. Any unused balance will be maintained in our system under the gift certificate number.
14. Gift certificates or unused portions of gift certificates will expire one year from the date of issue.
15. If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay for the remainder with a credit card.
16. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

19. How do I exchange or return an item?
Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Hugs N’ Kisses will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit.

21. What is a Preorder and how does it work?
When an order is placed under our Fall Preview page for an item or items that are not yet in stock this is considered a preorder.
Your card will be charged a 25% non refundable deposit. This deposit is to hold this item for you when it comes in. Your card will be charged the remaining balance before your item ships.
In stock items placed with a preorder will be considered a separate order and shipping prices will be adjusted. In stock items will ship immediately and cannot be held to ship with preorders.
We try to guarantee all preorder items. If an item is not made or we never received it from the company you will be reimbursed your deposit.
If you cancel a preorder your deposit is nonrefundable. Sorry if this seems extreme but preorders are extra merchandise purchased specifically for you!!
